You’re here because you want warm, interested leads sent straight to your inbox—without the guesswork or grind.

These Terms help make sure everything runs smoothly from the start.

1. What You Provide vs. What We Provide

You provide:

Your name or business name

Your email

Your phone number

Your affiliate or referral link

OR the landing page where you want leads sent

We provide:

A done-for-you outreach system

Targeted emails that reach potential leads

Warm leads — people who clicked your link and showed interest

An email notification with available contact details such as:

Email (always)

Name, phone number, business name, address (if available)

We only send you data we actually collect.

You’re paying for real-time, engaged traffic—not bulk contact lists or databases.
Your job is to follow up from there... nurture the lead if you will.

2. One Workflow, One Link, One Report

Each campaign supports one tracking link only

Leads are not split between multiple destinations

Want to promote a different page? Purchase an additional workflow

Reporting is tied to each specific link and billed separately

If you haven’t purchased the reporting add-on, backend data access is not included

3. Targeting Decisions

Targeting is handled by our system and team, with the assistance of data and AI.

We consider your business type and offer, but final decisions are made by us using:

Demographic data

Niche performance

Timing and trends

Regional insights

4. Contact Ownership

To clarify:

You are not purchasing or owning contact lists

We email on your behalf

You only receive the info of people who actively engage with your link

No engagement = no contact info

5. Volume + Behavior Disclaimer

Lead volume can vary.

Some weeks you’ll get a surge, others might be slow. That’s normal.

We also don’t control:

Who clicks (roommate, coworker, etc.)

How often someone clicks

Whether the clicker is currently available or away

We track engagement as it happens and send you that data.

6. Email Delivery

When our system marks an email as “Sent,” it has been sent.

You are responsible for ensuring your inbox, spam filters, and email settings are configured to receive our messages. If messages are filtered, blocked, or missed, it's your responsibility to work with your tech support to ensure your email system functions properly.

We’re happy to help troubleshoot, but we aren’t liable for issues related to your inbox setup.

7. Refund Policy

Once your campaign is launched or your first lead is delivered:

No refunds No exceptions

You are purchasing a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that includes campaign management and data delivery. We fulfill this service by running your campaign and delivering lead data as described. Once this fulfillment has begun, refunds will not be issued.

You may unsubscribe from the service at any time to prevent future billing.

8. Legal & Usage Guidelines

You agree to: Not resell, copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer our platform

Not request access to non-engaged contacts

Use all received lead info legally, ethically, and responsibly

LeadPro360 is not liable for missed opportunities, non-responses, duplicate clicks, or cold coffee.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the LeadPro360 service at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. This includes (but is not limited to) violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected misuse, fraudulent behavior, or any activity we deem harmful to our platform or business. We are not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from such suspension or termination.
